Refund Information
This page explains how refunds work depending on where your backiee Premium purchase was made.
Purchases made through Microsoft Store
If you purchased backiee Premium through the Microsoft Store, the subscription and payment are managed directly by Microsoft.
You can manage your subscriptions and request refunds through your Microsoft account.
- Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
- Here you can view active subscriptions, cancel, change payment method, or request a refund (if eligible).
Please note that Microsoft handles all billing and refund requests for Microsoft Store purchases, and we are unable to process these refunds directly.

Purchases made through PayPal
If you purchased backiee Premium through PayPal and you are eligible, you can request a refund by filling out the form below.
You have 60 days from the purchase date to initiate a refund request.
